Property Information
2 Story Island Vacation House built in 1997. Nicely decorated, new to the rental market. Quiet location 300 yards down the street from the bayside water and Windsurf Inc, SPI’s premier windsurf and kite-board center. Windsurf Inc. gives lessons and rent excellent equipment. 2 blocks from Gulf beaches. Walking distance to convenience store and great
restaurants!
Fenced-in backyard and secure windsurf equipment racks on back patio. Garage has 8' x 12' area that can be used by renters for equipment safekeeping. PVC tube cart for moving gear to water. Tandem kayak for renter’s use.
Owners live in house next door for great service and island advice.
Additional Rate Information
Whole House (up and down) rates are listed below. Upstairs Only rates are 70% (rate X .7) of the whole house rate.
Spring Break Damage Deposit: $500
Long Term Leases do not include electric.
25% deposit will hold reservatons.
Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival date will return 1/2 of
deposit; within 30 days of arrival date forfeits deposit. No refunds
for late arrivals or early departures.
One Time Fees
1 Time Cleaning & Linen $50
13.5% occupancy tax (not applicable if stay is 30+ days)
Pets $50
Security Deposit $200 (Returnable if no damages or losses)
Check in 3:00 pm Refundable security deposit and balance of rental
fees collected upon arrival.

Viento Vista is pet friendly but there is a $50 fee to keep it flea free for our furry guests.
