I'm offering this nice big unique 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath house 1 block from the beach! It is a hugh, well furnished house and with a big yard and lots of off-street parking. Very uncommon for this part of town!
This is a Fantastic Oceanside place we call the "Shiphouse" for it's style,decorating and "feel". It is on Corcoran Lagoon with a view and a path right to the Ocean and it has the look, feel, sounds, smells, views and everything else that people come to Santa Cruz to experience. You have views from every room, the picturesque Lagoon, the Ocean and the big yard. There are large wrap-around decks on both floors and a newly added ocean view sunroom. The entire house is "Shippy" in look and feel. All of the furnishings are nautical and the decorating is very unique. Pleasure point surfing is a 2 block walk away. You can check the surf from the deck!
It is Fully furnished with kitchen pots and pans and toasters, microwaves, and cork screws and ....well, everything! Two of The Bedrooms have; a double bed plus a twin and oversized twins in their lofts, the master bedroom suite has a king sized brass bed an a futon. All have dressers and closet space. Towels and linens are provided for 12 people.
OTHER STUFF:
Tv's and vcrs/DVD players, wireless internet, Stereo.
A weber kettle for BBQ's and a wood burning stove and more!

The Layout is as follows:
Downstairs: Living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom. The main entrance is here also.There are 2 "catwalk" sets of stairs up to the 2nd floor.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms- Master bedroom with a private bath; Second 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and a loft. There is a hallway bath with tub/shower. A great game room with wood burning stove and a great view of the ocean and the lagoon, the solarium is off this room.
There are sliding glass doors to the decks on both levels.
$395 per nite for a 2 night minimum stay. Or $2000 for a one week stay. Holidays $495/night

Off-Season - $295/night(plus cleaning of $125) Applies to Thanksgiving to Memorial day weekend. Holidays and special events are 20% more.

This is a fantastic house on the beach overlooking Monterey Bay! The main living area is on the ground level and is equipped to handle large groups for dinner and entertaining. It is ideal for wedding parties and family reunions. All of the furnishings are deluxe and the decorating is more like a Bed & Breakfast than a vacation rental.
What the ShipHouse contains:
Fully furnished kitchen with deluxe appliances, pot and pans, toasters, microwaves, blenders, mixers, and cork screws.
All the linens and towels that 12 people can use in a week and then an extra set if you need them.
TV's and VCR's/DVD players, stereo, board games, and wireless internet access .
Washer and dryer and beach toys.
A gas BBQ and an outdoor firepit and more!

We really enjoyed staying at your shiphouse. I see now where it got it's name! The sunroom was great, especially in the morning when it was cool outside and after surfing when we were chilly.
We'll be back next year! Hope we left it clean enough for you, the kids dragged a lot of sand into the kitchen and bath tubs, sorry.
