Newsflash: 2 or 4 can stay for a romantic weekend (2 night stay) this winter. Just add $25/night and we'll add the champagne.
. "A house set on a hill cannot be hidden" suits this home perfectly. Three decks, five bedrooms, five stories, 3300 square feet. Space and windows galore to enjoy the continental divide, storms rolling in or the families of swallows dancing overhead. Sip coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on one of the amazing decks.
Top level is a rooftop deck where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning.
Next level is the master suite, open den and laundry, on the main level is the great room, second deck, open kitchen, dining, two bedrooms and the second bath, third level is two more large bedrooms and the third bath.
This level also has the mud room and goes out to the 1 1/2 garage which has a deck for a floor!
Deposit returned within a week after stay, 100% refund up to two months before stay 50% refund up to one month before stay. Full refund for all rebooked nights. 4PM check-in and 10AM check-out. Leave no mess and laundry on the last load.

Subtract $20/nt October - April except holidays.
X-Mas, New Year's, Thanksgiving & July4 are 5 night minimum. Add $50/night holiday fee.
$300 reserves up to a week, rate times nights due 2 months prior to visit.
