House Details:
The House has 7 bedrooms with bath or shower-bath ensuite, individual rooms with air-conditioning, private phone & high-speed internet. The four bedrooms on the ground floor have private exterior entrances. The house has both a garden and formal dining room, round room with games, large lounge, library with computer, well equipped commercial kitchen and pantry and two powder rooms. There is one additional bedroom with bath on the lower level available for groups larger than 17. Ideally the house accommodates 17 persons, but on occasion up to 22 people have stayed, utilizing roll-a-way and sofa beds. Complimentary Continental Breakfast or Coffee Service is available each morning from 8 to 10 a.m.
The Pool House has 2 bedrooms with shower bath ensuite, individual room air conditioning units, private phone & high-speed internet. The pavilion has a well equipped kitchen and large covered area for dining, with a charcoal and a gas BBQ, 70,000 gallon swimming pool, children's pool, dining tables, chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas, etc. Complimentary Continental Breakfast or Coffee Service is available each morning from 8 to 10 a.m.
The Main House has a chapel, a pretty little beach, putting green and paddle tennis court and other interesting features including well maintained gardens.

Additional Rate Information
Rent is $4,250$ per day (minimum 7 days, but will entertain requests for 5 days) plus 10 percent staff service charge. The deposit required is 25% down. There is a surcharge for groups larger than 17 persons- rates available upon request. There are three full time staff, manager/concierge, housekeeper and grounds keeper. Tips are at the guest's discretion and are not included in the prices.
