Villa Io, tucked away in Megalochori village, provides privacy from the charming village 'platia' and its magnificent church. The outdoor area gives intimacy to the cobble stone courtyard, dining facility, swimming pool and sun beds. A combined open-plan kitchen with dining area directly access onto the courtyard. The master bedroom, harmoniously decorated, creates a peaceful atmosphere.
A small sitting area has a ladder-style staircase leading to a second bedroom. The spacious open-style bathroom with jacuzzi, located beside the living room, is a unique feature of the house. The living room is simple yet chic, furnished with a combination of white upholstered lounge chairs and antique furniture.
A traditional villa that ensures tranquility, and a true village experience. Ideal location near several renowned vineyards and fairly close to most beaches on the island.
*Weekly rates include: airport transfers, porter to assist with luggage,daily housekeeping, concierge service, internet access from our centrally situated office in the square of Megalochori and one manual car for the duration of the stay (Hyundai Atos type with unlimited kms & 3rd party insurance) and taxes. Private catering - catered by the restaurant "Raki", grocery shopping & delivery, massage, tours and helicopter or private jet transfers available for an additional charge. Must be paid locally prior to departure in Euros.
The airport is 8kms/15 mintue drive. This villa sleeps 4 people.
Security Deposit €1,000.00.
A two week stay is required in high season, anything less than that may incur a 15% surcharge.
Next door to Kyani - can be rented together for a larger party.
