This traditional Keuka cottage is located off East Lake Road, just 2.5 miles south of Penn Yan, and close to several renowned Keuka Lake wineries. The fantastic large lawn and old growth pine trees provide subtle shady privacy. The neighboring property to the South, "Heavenly," is also listed with Finger Lakes Premier Properties.
The galley style, fully stocked, lake view kitchen opens into the cottage living room. The exposed beams, stone fireplace and country decor provide a cozy setting. Located just off the living room is a full bathroom with shower stall.
Two bedrooms are located off the southern end of the home, one bedroom has a double bed and a lake view window, the other bedroom has two single beds.
Located off the living room is a large screened lakeview porch with dining table for 8, wicker seating area, and queen sized bed which provides a cozy place to watch the sunset or a summer sleeping area. There is a privacy screen which can be lowered.
Just off the porch is a level lawn area with picnic table and Adirondack chairs. This is the sort of cottage guests will want to return to year after year, season after season.
