Su Casa Venice Beach offers oceanfront vacation rentals and move-in corporate apartments with dazzling ocean views. The accommodations are contemporary, elegant, and sleek. Our twelve suites provide a comfortable mix of intimacy and bohemian luxury. Each suite is equipped with an HD TV/Direct TV and high speed Wireless internet. The decorator designed bathrooms are sparkling as are the kitchen areas - each with new refrigerator, stove and table settings. The bedding is extraordinary: custom-designed beds, imported organic mattresses, 100% cotton sheets, and goose down comforters. Our guests rave about a unique amazing night's sleep. Wake up to the aroma of fresh coffee and homemade scones brought to your door free of charge.
Our sophisticated, glamorous suites have the appeal of a "boutique hotel" but will make you feel right at home. This cultural melting pot --where emerging artists coexist with established creative minds, celebrities, young families, unpretentious types, and frugal intellectuals-- became the starting point for successful Los Angeles real estate developer Jose Bunge, inspiring him to refurbish several Venice landmarks, including the century-old building that houses Su Casa. He carried out his passionate renovation work around a grand historic staircase that leads to the rooms.
At Su Casa, he and his business partner Victoria Barcelona-Bunge wanted to bring back the glamour and excitement of their native Buenos Aires in the 1930's and they have-- at reasonable prices. Stay with us and enjoy the Golden Age of Venice while you relax and embrace your own creativity.
Understated elegance and personalized service are the hallmarks of this oceanfront boutique style
getaway. Located on the Venice Boardwalk with the sandy beach as our front yard, our spectacular
suites offer the discriminating traveler the ultimate in bohemian luxury and intimacy. Our suites
have queen size beds with eco green mattresses, crisp cotton sheets washed in-house, ironed by hand,
and down comforters. Marble bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens create a warm, welcoming
atmosphere. Our guests enjoy a truly unique and travel inspired experience starting with a hearty
breakfast brought to their room free of charge. Spa services are available upon request. Seaside al
fresco dining is a favorite at our on site restaurant the Figtree's Cafe which boasts fantastic
ocean views. Embrace the outdoors or indulge in the many extravagances that Venice is world renowned

sunset, this fabulous people watching spot offers seasonal organic ingredients harvested from
surrounding valley farms, ethnic and California Cuisine paired with a variety of wines and local or

Our studios, intimate and relaxing, are $187 per night, the stylish one bedroom open rooms $297
per night, and the one bedroom suites with panoramic ocean views $347. We also have weekly and
monthly stays starting at $1200 per week and $3300 per month. Get a 10% discount when you book three
nights or more. Our oceanfront property has 12 suites with queen size beds, kitchens, HDTV, Direct
TV w/ HBO, Showtime, High speed Internet and Wireless. There are laundry facilities on each floor.
We also offer free continental breakfast in bed with your stay. Weekly and monthly rates as well
as corporate and group packages are available.
