Grand View Lodge is our beautifully spacious vacation rental home nestled between the pines on Peak 8 in Breckenridge Colorado. It is truly one of the best locations in Breckenridge! Whether your shopping, skiing, snowshoeing or just enjoying the historic town of
Breckenridge, Grand View Lodge is right in the heart of it all. This is the home for your wedding, family reunion or corporate retreat. Private spacious bedrooms, wonderful back yard, outdoor hot tub

During the winter ski season, Grand View Lodge can help arrange discount ski lift tickets up to 30% off the normal discounted price you'll find on-line - just ask at the time of your reservation. We can also help arrange for the group transportation to and from the airport as well as group discounted ski rentals.
With advance notice, we will happily stock the refrigerator and cupboards with any groceries and beverages you will need so that you can begin enjoying your vacation the minute you arrive. Outstanding Location for any event
Grand View Lodge has an outstanding location only 600 yds from the Peak 8 Ski area, across from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and 0.8 mile from the main street of town. The free shuttle stops right outside the house. Set in a quiet neighborhood, the lodge has plenty of living space with two large sitting areas and all the peace and tranquility you expect in the picturesque Rocky Mountains. Leather sofas allow you the chance to relax and watch your favorite film on TV, or why not cozy up to the river rock fireplace with a good book. In addition, we have a gorgeous sunroom leading out to the hot tub. Don't forget the backyard in the summer for a family barbque or, perfect for hosting the ideal wedding or family reunion.

The Grand View Lodge is a 4600 sq ft., 9 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom private rental home with spacious great rooms, breathtaking views, and an incredible location! This house is well-equipped, beautifully
decorated, and its spacious bedrooms and
common areas make it a memorable vacation
experience for your friends, family, or coworkers.
Built originally in 1995 as a European style catered chalet, the Grand View Lodge offers all of the comforts and conveniences of a hotel with all of the
charm and coziness of a private home. The rooms are named after Colorado mountain ranges that both invite and excite it's guests.
Mt. Tabeguache (pictured above) is one of the larger suites with a king sleigh bed, reading area by the window, desk, flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub, shower, double sink, and private thermostat.
Sunshine Peak (pictured right) can either be made as a king bed with an extra twin, or 3 twins for complete flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The room has magnificent views, flat screen TV, double
sink, shower/tub with a rain shower effect, and private thermostat.
Maroon Bells (pictured left) is a comfortable queen bed with the option to share a bath with the upstairs bunk rooms (pictured below), or it can be used as a private bath.
Quandary Peak (pictured below) is located adjacent to Mt. Shavano with a private lock-off available. It is a queen bed with additional twin daybed either for
lounging or accommodating extra guests. The room has it's own private bath as well as a wet bar in the room. Personal TV and thermostat also located in the room.

Pikes Peak is located in a private
lock-off with a king sized sleigh bed, large seatingarea with TV, and an extra bunkroom with a double and twin bunkbed.
Thebunkroom of Pikes Peak also has it's own TV. These two rooms share a bath.
Redcloud Peak is conveniently located on the main level of the home. It has a
queen sized bed, bay window seating area with TV, and private shower/bath.

For destination weddings in Breckenridge Colorado of 20 - 250 people, there are many options
available outside of the standard wedding venues in Summit County.
For weddings of 35 guests or less (including the wedding
party), Grand View Lodge is a wonderful spot for weddings and
receptions hosted either inside or outside nestled between the
pines of Peak 8 in the privacy of your own back yard. Our homes
can also be used to make the most out of a memorable family
reunion, wedding anniversary celebrations, and group
holidays. Grand View lodge can sleep up to 24 or groups that
have a number of adult couples who prefer their privacy.
For weddings of 20 guests or less (including the wedding party),
Four Peaks Inn is a wonderful spot for weddings and reception
hosted inside our historic parlour rooms. We require a three night
minimum rental of the house for wedding weekends and hope that
our brides feel as though they are getting married in a very magical
location. Four Peaks Inn can also host family reunions and group
holidays sleeping up to 16 with 7 master bedrooms, or used in
conjunction with Grand View Lodge for overflow guests as rooms can be rented individually.
The Breckenridge Ski Resort offers three picturesque settings - Ten Mile Station, The Bergenhof and Maggie - for you to experience the perfect mountain wedding! Sapphire Point can accommodate weddings under 35 people.
