LOCATION LOCATION. Prime location 2404 The Strand Manhattan Beach Strand.

On the Beach with a view of the famous Manhattan Beach landmark pier and Catalina Island as well as the entire coastline form Malibu to Palos Verdes. All new remodel with new paint, flooring, lighting, kitchen. All the modern conveniences and filled with the ambiance of a true beach cottage. Bright, Clean and comfortable. Close to downtown (10min walk) for shopping and restaurants. Step out on to The Strand for a bike ride on a path that stretches from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica. Surfing, volleyball, swimming, paddling and just picnicing on your patio or the beach are activities to entertain you and your family. 1 King Bed in the Master bedroom that has a sliding glass door to step out onto your private backyard with barbecue and additional separate backyard Beach bathroom. There is one queen in another bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom. The Living room has a large couch which converts to a sleeper sofa. Fireplace. 46" HDTV in the living room with wireless internet and phone included. Portacrib, 3 Bikes, 2 car lockable garage. Washer/Dryer. LAX is just 10 minutes away, Disneyland less than an hour and Catalina Island is a great day trip. Hollyood about 30 minutes. Guest Comments...The minute we walked into this house, we felt like we had found that one-in-a-million kind of place. It has a great feel—something that even the pictures can’t fully convey. This is a home with the type of style and taste that my husband and I just adore: Charming, cozy, clean and clutter-free—with a spectacular view and location. And yet, we felt a nice sense of privacy for being on the strand. It absolutely oozes charm with its cottage style, dutch doors, wood floors, wainscoting and finish work; it was meticulously clean and clutter-free; it is fresh and updated with new carpet and paint ; it is incredibly spacious given its coziness. We loved the comfort of the quality beds and bedding. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen (we used it fully, cooking and BBQ-ing each night). The kitchen was great for several of us to be in there prepping foods, cooking at the stove and having plenty of room to move about. When my sisters and mom and dad came to visit, they were oohhing and ahhing over what a cute house it is...And in the evenings, we just loved turning on the Christmas lights and going out on the sand to look back at “the best house on the whole strand.” We felt so privileged to call it “ours”...even if it was just for the time we were there! We look forward to booking it again for another special vacation. Thank you, thank you for suggesting it!
