Property Information
This is the ultimate luxurious, amenity laden, prime location oceanfront home on the Mendocino coast. We are proud to offer this spectacular home located at Stillwell Point in the heart of prestigious Little River just minutes south of Mendocino village.
Sited on three acres, the main house boasts two bedrooms on opposite sides. Each bedroom features its own full bath with tubs, bidets, separate showers and top of the line fixtures.
The living area offers a massive stone fireplace with ample wood storage on either side. An impressive twelve seat custom dining room table will be the center of social activity.
The living room and both bedrooms feature a bank of picture windows that face an awe-inspiring whitewater ocean vista. Access to a private, sandy beach is reached via a trail that runs along the bluffs.
A private eight-person spa is nested on the deck facing the ocean views. Just off the kitchen is a sun-drenched, wind-protected patio for alfresco dining.
Speaking of the kitchen…oh my! A cook’s paradise, it includes a massive center island with hanging pots and pans and a bar sink with its own disposer. There are two stainless Wolf ranges with a trio of massive fans, a separate gas wok burner plus a commercial refrigerator round out this spectacle.
The guest cottage adjacent has one bedroom with a queen bed plus a queen sleeper in the living room. A kitchenette is available for re-heating last night’s feast and ideal for croissants, coffee and juice in the morning. Decks surround the cottage with beautiful ocean views.
The gardens surrounding the house offer various culinary herbs and are a delight to behold.
