An unusual home with front and back patios and an upper deck. Sliding glass doors across the entire front of the house, giving a feeling of openness. You will have a wonderful vacation in a AAA+ home! for larger groups, tandem rentals can be arranged for another Winding Bay house in the same general area.
SIZE: This vacation home can accommodate 6 persons. 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms with maid service twice a week included in the rental.

Christmas-New Years - $3500/4 and a two week minimum
$150/week/per additional guest
Vacation Rental Policies
| Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.

Property Activities
Spanish Wells on St. George's Cay is to the west of North Eleuthera. The Spanish used this island as a safe harbor and source of fresh water in the 17th century during their trips to the New World. Spanish Wells is now known as the lobster capital of the Bahamas. This is a small, quiet island with gentle waters that is reminiscent of a New England fishing village. The local mode of transportation is either bikes or golf carts.
Access is via the North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) and then a taxi to the public dock and a 10 minute 'water taxi' ride to Spanish Wells. |
