This brand new high-end sophisticated home sits 22 feet above sea level to offer spectacular views of the sea and Savannah Sound. It has been built to bring the beauty inside with floor to ceiling windows and doors on all 4 sides. There is 1800 sq ft of air-conditioned space, 1700 sq feet of covered balcony surrounding the house plus 659 sq ft of sun deck overlooking the beach. You have your choice of sun or shade all day long.
You will know you have come to luxury when entering the home with its marble flooring, beautiful furniture, fully equipped kitchen and fabulous views. There is Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture in both bedrooms, wicker furniture in the Great Room and a teak dining room set for 6.
For those early morning walks, the beautiful pink sand beach in front of the home goes for miles. There is a large reef about 400 yards out that knocks down the large waves, leaving gentle rollers. Great snorkeling is within swimming distance from the water’s edge. Savannah Sound offers gentle water for kayaking or bone fishing.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
