Property Information
The Crestwood is comprised of 124 condominiums ranging in size from studios to three bedroom townhomes, each having its own style, as warm and unique as the family who owns it. Each condo is originally and tastefully decorated, offering you the enjoyment and comforts of home.
At the Crestwood you will get more than breathtaking scenery and unmatched hospitality, you will get a feeling of being right at home!
Each of our slopeside condominiums are well equipped with a cozy fireplace, kitchens with every imaginable utensil, a TV/DVD/VCR in the living room, a balcony with a gas BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture (except studios). There is a bath for every bedroom. Most units have sofa sleepers in the living room. Queen beds are standard in one of the bedrooms with additional sleeping areas offering a variety of sleeping accommodations.

Exit the airport and turn left (northerly) on CO-82 west. Travel 2.3 miles.
Turn left at the traffic signal for Brush Creek Road/Snowmass Village. Travel 4.7 miles.
Turn left onto Wood Road. Travel .5 miles.
The Crestwood is on your left. Use the second driveway for registration and guest reception.
Total trip is approximately 15 minutes and 7.5 miles.
From Eagle/Vail Airport
Leave the airport and turn left (northwest) on Airport Road toward US-6.
Turn left on US-6. Travel 2.5 miles.
Merge left onto I-70 west. Travel 23.7 miles to exit #116 at Glenwood Springs.
Follow signs to Hwy 82 east (CO-82). Travel 35 miles.
Turn right at the traffic signal for Brush Creek Road/Snowmass Village. Travel 4.7 miles.
Turn left onto Wood Road. Travel .5 miles.

Terrace Room and Lawn
The Terrace Room offers a contemporary environment for your meeting or banquet. At 870 square feet, it can be arranged as a classroom for up to 50 people, or in a theater setting for 90. A full banquet kitchen is at your disposal. Adjacent to this room is the Terrace Lawn, a wonderful outdoor setting for your meal or meeting functions.

Snowmass Village is undergoing a Renaissance! The development of a brand new Base Village has already brought great on-mountain improvements, including a new 8 person Elk Camp Gondola, a 6 passenger high speed Village Express lift that will whisk you from the base of Fanny Hill to the top of Sam's Knob faster than you can ski down, and a new terrain park and half pipe area.
A new and exciting children's center, aquatic center and the Elk Camp Meadows Activity Center are soon to come, as well as new shops, pubs and restaurants!
