The whole house is PERFECT for 2 sets of couples with children. Each unit has its own unique features designed to accommodate a family of 6 (UPstairs) or a couple (2) (DOWNstairs):

2 bedrooms, including one with a double bed and bunk beds and the second with a king size bed. Amazing family room with a cabin feel with great lake and mountain views. Beautifully decorated living room perfect for sitting and reading a book or enjoying the fireplace. Sleeps 6

::DOWNSTAIRS:
Quaint and cozy, queen size bed with a great place to lounge. Great kitchen with French doors that open onto a long, private balcony to soak up the sun. Sleeps 2

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $175 up to 3 nights & $240 for up to 7 nights.

Security Deposit of $400 (Security Deposit returned on check-out and inspection of a clean, damage free home).

Upstairs Unit: $245/Night + non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 (up to 3 nights)

Downstairs Unit: $170/Night + non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 (up to 3 nights)
