With advance notice, the kitchen can be stocked with food prior to a guests' arrival. For those who need to work during their San Francisco stay, the living room has an adjoining area with a desk (equipped with stationery, dictionaries and reference books), a private telephone, and high-speed internet access. A fax machine and a computer are available as well.

The bedroom features a queen-sized iron bed with a firm mattress and down comforter and pillows, and a closet with a built-in dresser, a supply of fresh linens, and two terry robes.
