This is a nonsmoking property. If smoking occurs there will be a $200 per day fee and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
Sorry, no pets allowed on property a nearby kennel will board your pet.
Two persons per guest room maximum and four persons maximum for studio suites.
The use of sofa beds for additional guests will incur a nominal charge.
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable less than 30 days prior to arrival, however, we don't want guests to be out of pocket for cancellations so whenever possible, alternate dates of stay may be booked based on availability. We will issue a gift certificate good for one year. You may use the gift certificate or present it to another party for them to use.
We shall hold all advance deposits in a non segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Room Description:
These spacious guest rooms with 10ft high beam and plank ceilings offer contemporary western-style furnishings and design and come with either two twin beds or one king bed. Each room has its own private en suite bathroom complete with hair dryers and terry-cloth robes. In addition, guests have use of a common lounge with full kitchen and dining area, TV, fireplace, patio, and hot tub. A full breakfast is served every morning in the Great Room between 7:30am and 9:30am or by arrangement. All rooms have access to a guest kitchen
Bed and Breakfast Master Bedroom Suite
Room Description:
Add a little luxury to your stay with the Master Bedroom Suite. This suite features a cathedral ceiling, king size bed, and private deck. The full master bathroom incorporates a double vanity, large oval bathtub, and walk-in closets along with hair-dryers, large beveled mirrors, and silk flower arrangements.

Bed and Breakfast Studio Suite
Room Description:
This spacious 500 square ft room with beam and plank cathedral ceiling could be the answer for a family with two children. This suite comes with a private full bathroom and features one king and two twin beds. A full breakfast is served in the Great Room between 7:00 and 10:00 every morning or by arrangement. This room has it's own private TV, Dinette, Microwave, Fridge, Coffemaker and sofa bed. Full kitchen access available.
The Great Room:
Gather in the spacious Great Room featuring beam and plank cathedral ceilings, fireplace, dining area and full kitchen, or retire to the loft to read a book, watch TV, or play a board game. We have an extensive video library, an assortment of board games and and eclectic collection of books. Enjoy complementary snacks and beverages every afternoon by the fire or on the deck every afternoon from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

Seeking a successor to the Savory Inn in Vail (now sadly closed), we fell upon this little gem and were not disappointed.
Bob and Terrie have created a warm, welcoming atmosphere - in a cleverly designed combination of intercommunicating duplexes - so you can either take a room, suite or condo to suit individual needs. When we arrived, as it apparently had been a quiet week - we were automatically upgraded to the most enormous suite - which could have hosted a family of 6 - which immediately put us in a good mood!
Spacious and comfortably furnished rooms made for a relaxing base, obviously designed as a home rather than very latest in fashion which would be out of date in five minutes - it offered everything we needed and gave good value. The lodge was well located for getting transport close by - and plenty of free parking right outside. As we wanted to visit resorts other than Vail and BC - not being directly on the mountain was not an downside - in fact, an advantage so we could get straight on the roads to the other ski resorts quickly.
Terrie's cooking did not disappoint as breakfasts were tasty and plentiful and choice varied each day - her delicious featherbed eggs are now part of our vocabulary! Although arriving as strangers - we left three days later feeling we had been staying with indulgent friends who really wanted to give us a lovely time and had achieved just that. If you want more than "just a hotel" - this is a winner.
