Vacation Rental DescriptionFour bedroom, two-and-a-half bath river-front home on Drakes Estate Beach. Two flats with no interior connection. Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with king, the other with two double beds, and a jack-and-jill bath (two toilets, one tub/shower); large family kitchen with TV viewing area and spacious deck. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with queen, the other with two queen beds, and a bath with shower. There is also a double sleeper, providing 7 separate sleeping spaces. Both units have full kitchens and living/dining areas; downstairs has a wood-burning fireplace. Wireless high-speed Internet access; unlimited domestic long distance. Large lower deck with 8-person hot tub. Fenced yard; canoe and double kayak. Beach access is excellent; river views framed by trees and shrubs which protect privacy of house and deck. Parking limited to four cars. Central heat. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Absolutely no music/noise after 10 p.m.; neighbors will not tolerate late night parties.
