Vacation Rental DescriptionFour bedroom, two bath remodeled three-story grand Mediterranean-style home, plus sleeping cottage (no bath), in a glorious river-front setting with incredible river views. Dock and small private beach with two canoes and sailboat. Hot tub for eight in a river-front pavilion. River-front lawn with seating areas. Large first floor bedroom has king bed, massage table, and piano, with small adjacent bedroom with twin beds (entrance through large bedroom). Second floor has remodeled kitchen with gorgeous marble counters and stainless steel appliances, open to dining area with seating for eight and living room with gas fireplace. Bath with double shower is on this floor. A large deck off the livng room has patio dining for eight. On the third floor are two bedrooms with queen beds; one bedroom has its own bath with shower, the other has a crib.. There is also a TV room/office on this floor, with a large flat screen television and 300 movies, plus a telescope. Wireless Internet access and unlimited domestic telephone service. Charming sleeping cottage with queen bed and its own river-view deck (300' from main house). Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Keyless entry. Note: this home can sleep 11 - 14 with payment of an additional $100/night. We spent a lot of time on the big deck with beautiful river views. There are so many nice touches in this beautiful house, and the decor is lovely. The hot tub area is spacious with gorgeous views. We had cocktail hour and wine tasting down at the tiki bar each night, It is a large property with lots of grounds to enjoy and get away from each other if you want to. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. My daughter loved her little room off our master bed room, complete with its own little TV and toys.
