Vacation Rental Policies

| Required Stay: Minimum 3 days. |
| Deposits: For week rental, $1000.00 security deposit.
For 4-month rental, $3000.00 security deposit. |
| Cancellation Policy: Full refund IF canceled booking re-rented. |
| Other Fees: During spring, fall, and winter, utilities charged. |
| Other Policies: Interest paid on both security deposit and rental fee. |
