| Deposits: Deposit of 1/2 total rental fee required upon reservation. |
| Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee with greater than 30 days notice. With less than 30 days notice, we will refund minus $100 contingent on our ability to rebook. |
| Other Fees: $50 cleaning fee per visit. |
