The Homestead. This is the newest and largest private home in our program (about 4,700 square feet) and sleeps up to 24 (1 King, 7 Queens, 2 Twins and 3 Queen sleeper sofas) in its 8 bedrooms and 3 living rooms (11 sleeping areas). Also has 5 Baths and is located on about 1 acre of land. Professionally decorated with Broyhill and Kincaid furnishings and features brand new construction, oversize heated garage, stone fireplace, 53” big screen TV, stereo, pool table, foosball table, 2 washer/dryers, 3 large family rooms, 2 kitchens (4 sinks/3 dishwashers/3 refrigerators), and seated dining for 24 people together (12 at the 10’ dining room trestle table and 8 more at the kitchen eating bar, and 4 at the nearby game table with additional tables on the other 2 levels). New full-size pool table. Outside there are several large decks and a 12-person private hot tub (brand new $12,000 tub) which allows guests to enjoy a secluded mountain and lake view. If you want the feel of living in a great mountain retreat, this is the house for you!
