    Testimonials
Phoebe (my three-year-old daughter) was worn out
after an all-day family excursion to San Francisco.
"Mommy," she said, "I want to go home."  "Oh,
honey," I said.  "We're here for four more days."
"I don't mean Philadelphia, Mommy," Phoebe said.
"I mean home."  That's how it feels when you stay at
the Victorian mansion  -- it feels like home.  We loved
    it.     Monica D., Philadelphia.
