Vacation Rental Policies

| Other Policies: In order to book your dates we request 50% of the rental fee + the security damage deposit of $1000.;
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior your arrival and at any time in case of hurricane warning(except for a registration fee of $350). ;
Your balance payment have to be made 30 days prior your arrival.;
Electricity meter reading will be done upon arrival & departure. All abuse from the usual consumption will be taken away from the security damage deposit. |
