This fully equipped house has all the comforts of home, from a fireplace to a well equipped bar, a PC with high speed cableInternet access and a printer, a full entertainment center with surround sound, CD, DVD, and a big screen 42" LCD in the Living Room and a 26 LCD TV in the front Bedroom. The TV's come with Comcast Cable with the premium package that includes Showtime, HBO Etc with a DVR to record all your favorite shows. Free long distance within the US and Canada on the in house phone. Lots of unrestricted parking.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, linens and towels provided. The Living Room has a King American Leather Comfort Sleeper without the bar in the center.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, water filter, full-sized fridge, cooking supplies, and basic foods. There is ample parking and the house is located near several area attractions.
The heating consists of a gas powered water baseboard system with 3 zones. Each bedroom and the living area has its own thermostat. This well insulated hourse is very comfortable with no drafts.
