This is a delightful 2 story Cape Cod style cottage overlooking the sea on the east end of the island in a quiet residential section. Downtown Nassau and Paradise Island are less than 20 minutes away
Downstairs is the living/dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and bath plus a large porch. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and an additional bath.
This is an ideal home for a family or it can be combined with Sun Rise for larger parties.

Seasonal rental rate for a minimum of 4 months is $7,000/month for up to 6 people.
Vacation Rental Policies
| Other Policies: A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
