The bungalow is a retreat for couples or for singles who need to get away to a cozy place in the forest where the only sounds are the sounds of whispering trees and singing birds. The Bungalow offers total privacy in the Santa Cruz mountains yet it is 10 minutes from the Corralitos Market and 15 minutes from the nearest beaches. It is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including surround sound entertainment. The style of the Bungalow harkens however to simpler times with an antique styled heater and Oven as well as Country style curtains, bedding and furniture. In addition there are beautiful paintings on the walls and plush carpeting. Come to the bungalow to see how good it feels to surround yourself in total peace and comfort.

The following holidays have 1 week minimums : Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July and the 3 months of Summer.
Payment Policies :
Security Deposit equals 1/2 of Rental Price to be paid at time of booking
Lease Payment to be paid 30 days prior to booking
Security Deposit returned within in 14 days after stay
Cancellation Policies:
Security deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to booking
Security deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to booking
Any pre-paid Lease payment is always fully refundable.
Refunds of Lease Payment or Security deposit are sent no sooner than 30 days after Cancellation.
** Transient Occupancy taxes are included in price ( hotel tax )
The bungalow is in the hills above Corralitos.
Its about 5 minutes to the Corralitos Market in Corralitos
valley and about 10 minutes to Hiway 1. From there its
15 minutes to Santa Cruz and 10 minutes to Capitola.
Corralitos is a beautiful farming community with rolling
hills farmlands Eucalyptus groves and large Redwood forests.

7. Reasonable Price
We've designed the Bungalow to be the quintessential Gingerbread Cottage. Its a "one room" cottage with everything you need in the one room. The only exception is the bathroom which, of course is separate. The classic style is reinforced with a brand new classic style Stove/Oven and a brand new classic style Heater. Also, there is a restored antique refridgerator. Other accents include a stained glass chandelier over the small round kitchen table. The bungalow is in a very quiet setting and ultimate relaxation is guaranteed with the King Size bed and big screen surround sound entertainment. The bungalow has some beautiful paintings and an original Stained Glass window installed in the South Wall that speaks for itself. In addition there is a beautiful hand crafted linen chest. The If you like to play the piano there is a unique 73 key spinet strategically placed near the picture window overlooking the valley below. You can also play to the squirrels with the old upright on the back deck. The jacuzzi also affords a view of the valley below. There is a quaint porthole installed in the north wall that has a cute little wooden figure blessing the bungalow. We found the statue in the forest and gave him a special place. The kitchen, eating area, living area, and sitting area are all designed to make couples feel like they don't have to go anywhere. They can just be cozy and enjoy each other in a very unique environment.
