Be your own grill master on the Vermont Castings Premium gas grill; take a bubble bath in the full-sized tub after a long day at the beach or deep-sea fishing. While you soak away, the kids can take turns in the outdoor shower stall. Have friends over for an old-fashioned lobster bake (everything you need is provided save the actual lobsters), or enjoy a game of bocce ball in the ample yard. At night, enjoy new, crisp linens and air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a tv/dvd combo and premium cable tv. You can even catch up on email or stay in touch with the office with free wireless Internet service. At the conclusion of your stay, no worries about clean-up, your cleaning service is also FREE.
Walk to Beaches: Property is only 0.2 miles from Veteran’s Memorial Beach and Park (great for small children); 0.3 miles from Kalmus Beach (windsurfer’s paradise) and 0.4 miles from Keyes Beach at the end of Sea Street.

Walk or bike to Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Islands (bring your bikes along and have your very own exploring adventure), Go on a ½ or whole day deep sea fishing excursion, so simply stroll to the pier for a cone of the famous Four Seas Ice Cream.
Walk to Downtown Hyannis: Downtown Hyannis has it all – from the John F.
