Heartwood is the quintessential Adirondack cabin style lodge. It has a comfortable, easy flow. You’ll find yourself lost within its luxury.
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tiled flooring, granite counter tops and a great gas range! There is a ˝ bath, ski room with a clothes washer and dryer, dining room with a hand crafted table that seats up to 10 people, living room with comfortable leather sofas, large stone fireplace, cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo system with whole floor surround sound and a screened porch with an additional fireplace and dining table. Off the screened porch is an open deck with a six person hot tub for your relaxation and pleasure.
On this level, you will also find the master bedroom. It has a king size bed, built in dressers, walk in closet and a well appointed bathroom complete with a large 2 person Jacuzzi tub.
Just off the kitchen there are a few steps leading to another separate and private bedroom, which has a queen size bed, cable TV and a private full bathroom.
The second floor consists of two more bedrooms and a bathroom, which also has a Jacuzzi tub.
Nestled into two acres, Heartwood is just off the 14th green of the world famous Whiteface Club and Resort. The Club has tennis, x-country skiing, restaurants, waterfront area with boat rentals, world class golf course and miles of hiking/waking trails.
Heartwood is only approx. 1.5 miles to Main Street, Lake Placid where you will find great shops and many fantastic restaurants, such as Charley’s.
