These first-class, luxury accommodations are rare in the Sun Valley area. Located at the base of Warm Springs, they are one of the few truly ski-in/ski-out properties. These 4,000-sq.-ft. town homes are designed with every detail in mind – from heated garages with boot warmer racks to top of the line furnishings and an elevator in each home to carry luggage to the second and third floors.
Each unit has 4 bedrooms/ 4.5 baths with views of the mountain and the creek. The floor plan begins on the entry level with an informal den, 2 bedrooms, a bath and a laundry room. The middle level features the main living area, including a very large, top-of-the-line kitchen, dining area and formal living room, plus a guestroom. The top floor has the office and the private master suite, with a sunken hot tub and a separate shower in the master bath.
The entertainment system includes DVD and surround sound. All bedrooms have TVs, and each office has a fax, wireless high-speed internet and a sofa sleeper for extra guests.
Daily tidying and trash removal is included. There is a year-round outdoor pool and hot tub complex, a fitness center with lockers and steam room, and a lounge with bar and game room.
To help maintain the beauty of this property, we are not able to permit smoking or pets.

1 Alpine Skiing on Famous Bald Mountain
With 3,400 feet, 630 snowmaking acres and 64 runs on 2,054 skiable acres, Baldy is considered by serious skiers and boarders as the country's single best ski mountain. Even if you don't ski, you can ride the lift up the mountain for lunch and views from the top of the world.
2 Nordic Skiing
From Sun Valley Nordic Center to the North Valley Trails to Galena Lodge, there are over 100 miles of groomed trails, for classic and skate skiing. Ambitious skiers can travel from the SNRA all the way to Galena Lodge, on the Harriman Trail.
3 Heli-Skiing
Ski untracked, world-class dry powder and springtime corn snow; terrain for all abilities and group sizes.
4 Backcountry Skiing
The backcountry skiing experience shows off the majestic mountains of central Idaho. Enjoy one or several days of skiing from yurt to yurt, or just a guided day of skiing in the backcountry.
5 Ice Skating
Grab your skates, or rent some here. Outdoor skating is available at Atkinson's Park, Elkhorn Resort, and at Sun Valley Lodge.
6 Sleigh Rides and Carriage Rides
Enjoy a sleigh ride under the stars and dinner in a yurt or a cozy cabin, or take a carriage ride around town.
7 Snowmobiling
Explore miles of groomed trails near Sun Valley and north to the Sawtooth National Recreation Area and Stanley, Idaho. The scenery is breathtaking.
8 Snowshoeing
Snowshoeing is an easy and accessible way to get out into the local mountains. Every member of the family can participate. There are several groomed snowshoe tracks near town, and and in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. Or break your own trail!
9 24 hour ski rentals and delivery
24 hour delivery to your home or condo. No waiting, no long lines, no hassle, brand new equipment and excellent service! You can select right from the web site and they will take it from there.
1 Fishing
The Big Wood River, The Salmon River, Magic Reservoir, Silver Creek...the possibilites are endless, including guided trips and hikes to alpine lakes. Several outfitters are available to get you started.
2 Hiking
There are so many hiking trails, so many wildflowers, and so many alpine lakes that it's impossible to see them all. Buy a good local hiking book, or get maps from the Ketchum Ranger District or the SNRA. Choose from a comprehensive list of guides and outfitters.
3 Horseback Riding
See the mountains the way the pioneers saw them. Enjoy rides in and around Sun Valley, or marvel at the beauty of the backcountry for one day or several days.
4 River Rafting
From thrilling white-water rafting to peaceful floating, the Sun Valley area has it all. This is world-class river country! Drop your own raft or kayak into the water, or hire one of many professional guides for a day or a week of adventure. The Sun Valley Chamber of Commerce "summer recreation page" gives information on renting equipment and hiring outfitters for single or multi-day trips.
5 Mountaineering and Rock-Climbing
Mountaineering is serious business around Sun Valley, with five mountain ranges in our back yard. Rental equipment and licensed guides are available to enhance the climbing experience and make it safe and enjoyable.
6 Tennis
Locals are as fanatic about their tennis as they are about their skiing. Both Sun Valley Lodge and Elkhorn Resort open their courts to visitors, as do several other tennis clubs in the area.
7 In-line Skating and Bicycling
With over 30 miles of paved bicycle paths and lanes from Sun Valley to Bellevue, the riding and skating is both scenic and safe. Remember to wear a helmet!
8 Mountain Biking
Some experts would argue that Sun Valley is one of the best mountain-biking areas in the country. Hundreds of miles of single and double track trails beckon, near town and in the backcountry. Several books are available describing trails, and maps and information can be found at the Ketchum Ranger District. Hardy riders can travel from SNRA headquarters all the way to Galena Lodge on the Harriman trail. Or ride the lift up to the top of Bald Mountain (with mt.bike in tow), and cruise down (experts only!)
9 Golf
Ah, the pleasures of golf at 6,000 feet! The ball flies farther...the scenery is magnificent. There are two beautiful eighteen-hole resort courses, and several nine hole courses to play. PGA professionals are on hand to help, and golf-schools are scheduled periodically.
