This newly renovated one-bedroom, one and a half-bathroom penthouse duplex is in the heart of the West Village (also known as Greenwich Village). Doorman building. Penthouse level is 8th floor.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room has sofa that folds out to be a queen sized bed. Sleeps 1 to 4 people. Flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided. Wireless internet access is complimentary.
The living room and bedroom offer stunning views of the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings among other Manhattan landmarks. The suite also boasts walk-in closets on both the main and upper levels.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The total amount of the reservation minus a $90 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated in Herrick Guest Suites is writing more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. With 15-30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
