East 18th Street Triplex Suite
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom triplex suite is in a luxury apartment building adjacent Stuyvesant Park in the Gramercy/Union Square area.
The suite features a dramatic double-height living room with 17-foot ceilings. Overlooking the living room is a sleeping loft with a queen-sized bed and a Moroccan-themed seating area. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with Poggenpohl cherry wood cabinets, a Subzero refrigerator, and a Viking range. With its wide living space and its comfortable sleeping accommodation for eight, the Two-Bedroom Triplex is ideal for large groups.
The building’s roof deck offers excellent views of the surrounding neighborhoods, which include Union Square, Gramercy Park, the Flatiron District, and the East Village.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The total amount of the reservation minus a $90 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated in Herrick Guest Suites is writing more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. With 15-30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
