This English Cottage Beach house is 100 yards from the clear blue waters of Katama Bay, five minutes by bike to a dip in the ocean at Famous South Beach, and a 5 minute drive to Historic Edgartown Village. On the first floor there are three guest rooms, a Game Room with fireplace, wet bar, and pool table. Moving up to the second floor, the Great Room, with formal dining, a gourmet kitchen, sitting room and library with fireplace, all with fantastic views of Katama Bay over to Chappy. The master wing, also on this second level offers a master bath with steam shower and tub for two. The third floor offers a quiet space for reading and enjoying a private moment. Need a hideaway? There is also a Writers Cottage just steps from the main house.
