Our Guest house and cottage at 56 Prospect St offer central convience to all beaches, and points of interest on Nantucket with only a one minute walk to Nantucket's iconic old mill, a ten minute walk to the center of downtown, and easy access to Nantucket's shuttle system will keep you out of your car and into the sun.
The Main house is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home with a spacious and well appointed gourmet kitchen, also on all three levels thier are smaller "tea kitchens". The main house is discreetly designed that there are 3 separate living areas. To accommodate large groups and also to afford a sense of private space to your guests. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, one full bath, a fully functioning kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and television. Located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom and a second bedroom with common bathroom. A gracious living space with a fireplace and access to a covered wraparound porch which is perfect for taking informal meals outside. Downstairs we have a twin beded room with a full bathroom and its own kitchen as well. The play room slash home theater area features a 60"pioneer kuro plasma television with a blue ray disc player. Also a very high quality ping pong table.
