Welcome to Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes, a AAA 3 diamond approved establishment offering Air Conditioned, Pet Friendly, Children Friendly and Disabled friendly, development of English architectural Style brick built Vacation Rental Cottages or " Real Homes" as well as traditionally built "Real Log Homes" surrounded by 57 acres of farmland overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake in the beautiful finger lakes region of upstate New York and close to Watkins Glen. As well as being right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the nearby wineries & vineyards, each cottage or log home offers it's own private seclusion within the Cobtree estate and is surrounded by panoramic views over open fields to the South and West as well as 18 acres of woodlands to the North.

Note: The property is available for a minimum stay as indicated on our online reservation system. Unlike most other rental properties in the region, we allow weekly reservations to start on any day of the week. However, the weekly rate is dependent on which day of the week you wish to arrive and depart on. The cheapest weekly rate is for arrival and departure on a Saturday. The higher weekly rates apply for weekly stays arriving on any other day of the week because it is very difficult for us to harmonize and sell the availability of accommodation either side of a reservation that does not start and end on a Saturday. Check in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 11 am on the date of departure.

These homes are both pet and child friendly. It is an ideal place for a getaway, honeymoon, romantic break or to spend a family vacation in the Finger Lakes.
