What are you looking for? A quiet place with privacy? This gorgeous deck house located on the east side of Owasco Lake may be just what you're looking for. Beautiful sun all day followed by breathful sunsets over the lake. Located on approximately 200 feet of lake frontage (no steps to lake) and secluded in a wooded area for your privacy. The upper level has dining room - living room with fireplace (50X20), fully equipped modern kitchen, master bedroom with bath. Lower level, family room with fireplace, two bedrooms, bath, laundry room, and storage room.
Most every room has a beautiful view of the lake as you can see by the enclosed pictures. There is also an unattached bunk house (16X16) fully furnished with six bunk beds,ceiling fan and heated . This is ideal for those children or guests staying with you, although the main house can sleep 12.
Our rental fee schedule is based upon an occupancy of six adults and six children. We do have three sleeper sofas beds that can accommodate six more adults. Please contact renter for additional fee. We have it all here at "Time Out" at Boscobel Cove on Owasco Lake. Once you have seen this hidden treasure, you will return.

Aside from the fishing and beach activities, your vacation can be filled with many of the area's attractions. Visit the northeast's largest Bass-Pro Shop in Auburn. Cayuga/Seneca wine trails, shop in the quaint village shops of Skaneateles or take a dinner cruise on Skaneateles Lake. Many fine dining areas or take in a play at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse. All these are within 10-30 minutes away from "Time-Out"
