Great neighbborhood restaurants, bakeries, shopping, surfing, kayaking, deep sea fishing, ocean and bay cruises all within blocks of our homes.
All our homes are fully furnished, well maintained, exceptionally clean and feature full kitchens, private hot tubs, linens and towels are supplied.

Bennington - $270 per night (high season)
Applegate - $270 per night (high season)
Fairhaven - $180 per night (high season)
Wakefield - $270 per night (high season)
Off Season Rates: All rates are dependent on availability, size of group, length of stay. Call for specials. Holidays and Festivals do not apply.

At this time there is a 9.5% city and 1% state room tax.
$90 cleaning fee on all stays
Pets are permitted with a signed agreement and the payment of a $200 deposit + $10 per night per animal.
Off Season Rates: All rates are dependent on availability, size of group, length of stay. Call for specials. Holidays and Festivals do not apply.
Cancellation Policy :Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival are subject to forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked. All other cancellations will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
