Smoking is permitted outside the homes. Waterfront and scenic views from each dock with all four homes. Wood stoves at Nanny's, Kristen, and C.J. homes. Satellite dish located in each home. All of the homes have an accessible area to walk into the water of a beautiful Adirondack lake. Each home has a dock located right in front of each home on the lake. Well behaved pets are always welcomed. $100 per dog. Recycling is mandatory in Essex County. Garbage pick up is every Saturday.

There is a satellite, TV, VCR, CD, stereo, . The dining table seats a family of six comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with upper and lower ovens. All of our homes are supplied with first class water. Guest should supply linens, paper products, soaps and food.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed-fit for a king. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Full closets in all bedrooms on the ground and lower floor.
