Property Information
Located in Chilmark on Martha's Vineyard, this 3
bedroom, 3 bathroom newly renovated property is a
perfect spring, summer or fall getaway. Cathedral ceilings
create bright, airy spaces. Amenities include washer/dryer,
gas fireplaces, TV in all rooms, outdoor shower, slate
patio and beautifully landscaped garden. It's a wonderful
place to sit, read and simply enjoy the summer or to use
as your base for an active vacation on the Vineyard. Public
transportation makes this house accessible to most parts
of the island without driving. Rental includes optional
access to Lucy Vincent Beach. (Beach sticker required.) No
smoking. No pets.

Payment is due in full 30 days prior to start of rental.
50% required at time of booking unless booking less
than 30 days in advance.
