Upon walking in, you are welcomed into the living area that has views of the tropically landscaped backyard, a tv, and a lovely seating. The fully equipped kitchen has island seating and opens into the dining area, where you and your guests can delight in homemade meals. The poolside dining area is perfect for enjoying the tropical breeze and freshly caught seafood on the grill. Additionally, there are two expansive balconies where your friends and family can enjoy sunsets and your favorite drinks.

The primary bedroom is designed with coastal décor and comfort in mind, and has an ensuite bathroom with two vanities, a walk-in shower, and a spa-like tub. With coral touches and stunning wood floors, the second bedroom features a queen bed and private access to a balcony with beautiful views and inviting seating. The third bedroom is ideal for young or single travelers and has a tv for late-night entertainment. The second and third bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination. There is a half bathroom, washer, and dryer to keep the vacation attire fresh.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
