Home in Anna Maria VR19-000055 Welcome to AM I Dreaming, a luxurious three bedrooms and three and a half bathroom waterfront home that offers the perfect blend of canal and beach living with premium amenities to ensure a fantastic stay! The resort-style patio beckons with a luxurious saltwater pool and spa, an inviting outdoor dining area, and a convenient launch spot for kayaks and paddleboards, promising the ultimate blend of tranquility and excitement. Highlights - Canal Front - Pool with In-ground spa - Rooftop deck - Elevator - Near restaurants and shops The open main living area features a comfortable seating area, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has essentials, including pots, pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a broad kitchen island. The dining table can accommodate up to six guests, and on the balcony, there is a bistro table and plush seating area, all of which provide incredible views. The third floor is exclusively dedicated to the primary bedroom, offering a serene escape and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and two vanities. Moreover, this area has two distinct balconies, one of which has a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck. The second and third deluxe bedrooms are decorated with a beautiful ocean theme, featuring a TV and an ensuite bathroom with luxurious walk-in showers. For the children of the group, there's a bonus room with a bunk bed located across from the hall bathroom. Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub -Second Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Third Bedroom, 2nd floor: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Bonus Area, 2nd floor: Twin over Twin bunk bed Bayfront Park and AMI City Pier are located just across the street, offering a variety of activities such as swimming, playgrounds, picnic tables, and an excellent spot for fishing. You can also pack the beach wagons provided and head to the stunning Gulf of Mexico beaches to enjoy the sun and sand. We're sure you'll love the surrounding activities and attractions! - The garage and boat lift are not available for guest use 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
