Aqua Ville B is located on the north end area of Anna Maria Island and is surrounded by lovely boutiques, locally owned restaurants that serve delicious meals, and activities for the whole family! Highlights- 5-minute walk from Anna Maria Island Beach and Palmetto Ave Beach- Private Pool - Pet Friendly - Less than a 5-minute walk from Pine Ave shops and restaurants- Outdoor seating areaFall in love with your new home away from home that features a kitchen with cooking essentials including pots, pans, and utensils, a dining table, and a lovely living area with a sofa and a tv. The primary bedroom has plenty of storage for your vacation attire and the Caribbean feel throughout the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom will make you feel like you are on the beach with its fun coastal dcor and natural sunlight. The third bedroom carries island living indoors and has a closet for storing your beach necessities. A washer and dryer is available for guest use. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
