We were looking for a small quiet place on the beach to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and I must say we couldn’t have been any happier with our choice. Met a new life long friend right next door and the weather was perfect as was the water, what else can you ask for? Been to ami 4 years in a row now and this was our best trip, loved it! -- Thank you for the kind words, Mark! Happy anniversary! We are thrilled you were able to celebrate on Anna Maria Island! Direct beach front but interior has tobe renewed 2017-07-31

Location at it's best. Direct beach access. 30 meters to the ocean but... the interior is really old fashioned. Old drinking glasses, cutlery and there is no dish washer available. The grill was rusty and dirty. The beach chairs and lounger were broken and rather rubbish. You can stay there but do not expect a full equiped home. Otherwise the price was very good for this location and gave us a comfort. I would recommend to stay there due to price and beach as well as nice view from the porch. --

We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place on the beach to celebrate our anniversary. This charming cottage unit fit the bill. Clean, quiet & right on the gulf, beautiful beach area with a shaded outside area to enjoy the view and sounds of the waves when the sun got too hot. We loved our week in this unit & hope to return many more times. --
