Pulling into the shaded parking lot of LaPlage Complex, you’ll notice resort-style condominiums surrounded by towering palm trees and tropical landscaping. You’ll also immediately hear the sounds of the ocean and seagulls that parade the white sands of Holmes Beach. Inside LaPlage 3, there is a massive common area that is flooded with natural light from the condo’s wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass doors. The kitchen is expansive and features stunning granite countertops, white custom cabinetry, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for three. The dining room, which is situated towards the front of the home, is simple yet elegant as it has a large ovular table with seating for eight. The living room is incredibly cozy. It features two couches, two matching armchairs, an additional wicker-type armchair, and a large flat-screen TV. Guests can access the balcony in the living room through its sliding glass doors. Because this is an upper-level unit, the balcony offers some views of the Gulf and it has an outdoor dining set and Adirondack chairs.
