Property Description

With views of Good Harbor Beach, the twin lighthouses of Rockport and the scenic Atlantic Ocean from its wrap around porch and decks, you will never want to leave. Everything about this house says summer, beach and family from the vintage wicker furniture and the comfortable eat in kitchen with walk in pantry to the (hot & cold) outdoor shower, shaded yard, natural gas Weber grill, and even an outside mini fridge for cold al fresco beverages.

The main level includes the living room which opens to the verandah and deck, dining room, kitchen, study and half bath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary to prepare meals for 12 people including a dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, plenty of dishware as well as large capacity washer and dryer.

The second level has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths (one with a tub & shower off the hall)--two single rooms (actually these beds are 3/4 size which is 9 inches wider than single size, and 6 inches narrower than full size) have ocean views while the master (with twin beds) has an ensuite bathroom with tub and a door to a lovely private deck. The third floor is simple but the commanding views make up for it, plus it has 3 more bedrooms (with 6 single beds in total) and a full bath with a tub.

Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach and experience summer like you never have before! An unobtrusive caretaker has use of the garage on the property for equipment storage. He will be accessing garage at the beginning and end of the work day.
