*Jan-April 2024: Minimum 90 day period recommended* Our Rockwood Drive home comfortably accommodates up to six people in the Westbrook Village area. Beautiful putting green in the backyard, just past the large covered patio. Fully equipped for entertaining. Outdoor seating for your entire wine club, or family. Perfect for hosting holidays and inviting the grandkids to visit. You will have access to the Fitness Center and Community Pool as well as both Westbrook Village Golf courses during your stay. HOA requires that you rent the home for a minimum of 30 days, but we will consider extended stays or negotiations. Please see our other homes for larger groups or short-term stays. We are happy to accommodate groups and families from Westbrook Village, North Phoenix and Cave Creek.

The Vistas Recreation Center is a large complex that includes a stained glass shop, a needle arts sewing studio, a multipurpose space (used primarily for table tennis and dance). The center also has a large veranda, a pool that is close to Olympic size, and a number of exercise rooms. This complex features full-sized pickleball courts, tennis courts, and bocce balls lanes. The lap pools are 84-86 degrees, the Jacuzzis are 102-104 degrees, and the children's pool hours alternate between the Vistas Recreation Center on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays and the Lakes Recreation Center on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The pools are only open to children over the age of 3. Fitness Center Hours: Daily 5:30am to 9pm. Guest hours (18 and older): 11:00 am to closing. Daily copying and faxing is available Hours: 5:30am - 10:00pm, seven days a weeks.
