Rollin Tide Villas are a quiet, family-friendly complex. It boasts one of the largest swimming pools in Seagrove Beach... and plenty of lounge chairs on the deck. It is heated from March to mid-April. The complex is well-maintained and clean with beautiful landscaping, including seasonal flowers and palm trees.
Just 3 minutes walk from the Emerald waters and white sandy beach. This picturesque coastal community is just 1.5 miles from Seaside's heart. It boasts shops and restaurants. You can also walk to Cafe 30A for fine dining, grab fresh seafood from Goatfeathers, and pizza at Angelina's.
Enjoy a bike ride on one of the many trails in the area. The Eastern Lake Trail is located in Point Washington State Forest for the more adventurous. There are three, five, and ten-mile loops on the trail system.
Rollin Tide C8, a bright and cheerful family-friendly 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit overlooks the pool. The condo sleeps 4 people and has a queen bed, as well as a sofa sleeper. You can relax on the balcony on the second floor and read your favorite book while your children enjoy the pool. You can prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or grill on the poolside.
Everything you need for your vacation is within walking distance. You can walk to Scenic 30A's public beach access.

Great dog friendly condo near the beach

We enjoyed our recent stay at the condo in Rollin Tide. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished. The patio faced a pleasant courtyard pool. There were several places to eat within walking distance and a beach access not too far away. There was adequate parking and a convenient area to walk the dog.

Needs a little updating but location is great

I have stayed at another unit in this complex and love the location. This is the first time I have stayed in this unit. The pots and pans need to be replaced and the bed also needs to be replaced. I had to mop the floor because it had a film over it and every where you walked it left prints. This complex is quiet. I love that I could take my dog. The pool was perfect.

We loved the location of Rollin Tide Villas- it was out of the chaos of Seaside but close enough to enjoy restaurants etc. We wished that c-8 had a frying pan and a hair dryer but if we rent this again we will bring these items. The condo was clean. The only other complaint was that there was a big family reunion going on and they took over the pool every evening where they had dinner so we felt like there was no room for us!
