Great Vacation

The house was older and could use updating. We were fine with that. Excellent view of the lake and a small view of the gulf. Close proximity to the beach via walking or watercraft. We loved the screened in porch and deck. Easy access to the water from the dock. Convenient storage for kayaks and paddle boards. Initially there was no wifi. Benchmark was quickly responsive but it took 3 visits to get consistent wifi. Mediacom came Friday to replace/update equipment as needed. Our only other issue was the housekeeping. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Even though the washable surfaces were clean there was a lot of dust on the mantle and window sills, dog hair around and under the sofas ( I realize this is a dog friendly house and we brought a dog) and under the porch table. The white railing going down stairs was dirty with use. Some of these things I might not have been so aware of if Benchmark hadn't alerted me to the extra efforts to clean and sanitize they were implementing because of the virus. Over all, everything was good. I compliment Benchmark in their prompt response to issues. We would stay here again.

ALL WELL AT ALL'S WELL

OUR MONTH AT ALL'S WELL THIS FEBRUARY WENT PRETTY WELL. THE HOUSE ITSELF WAS FINE, ALL APPLIANCES WORKED AND THE RENTAL OFFICE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT.

Winter Retreat

We stayed here for 6 weeks and really liked it. Location is great and the lake is so beautiful, and peaceful. It is a comfortable and cosy spot in the world.
We plan to return soon.

The house was great. It was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back. We only had two difficulties. First of all the wifi was spotty when it worked and it usually didn't work. 2nd, several of the mattresses weren't very comfortable. Other than that, it was wonderful.

All's Well

We stayed a week at All's Well and loved it! My children and grandchildren had a ball. The drove the kayaks from the lake to the beach every day. The place was clean and nice. The decks were great to sit on during the early morning and evening...unless we were catching crabs! We plan on coming back year.

All's Well

9 of us stayed Husband/Wife, 3 sons, daughter, Grandpa/Grandma, & other Grandpa House had more than enough room for us! Lake is literally steps away. Back deck has steps down to the dock. See the sunset on the beach from your huge open living room area. Kids fished and caught over 30 pinfish on our first day. Not a long walk at all to the beach on a very, very quiet street. My boys range from 17-12 and I let them walk to and from the beach with no worries. Pier Park in Panama City is around 30 minutes away and is the best area for your big restaurants and Wal-Mart. Had an issue on the first evening where there was a small bees nest under the deck at the lake. Company took care of it first thing the next morning. I rated 5 stars for a reason. This place has it all. Beach is close, lake is close, bike and kayak rental place will deliver to you and it's not expensive. Very clean! Caught lots of pinfish and even a redfish in the lake. Amazing...

It was myself and my spouse, my parents, and my daughter and her fiancé'. We stayed a full week. This home was great for the guys, as the dock to the lake was used frequently for fishing. They caught fish and crabs. It was a short walk to the beach, and the water was crystal clear. The house was great and very spacious and clean. We had a blast making memories here! Thank you!
