Property Description

Our Seaside is a modern beach retreat in Seagrove with a beautiful private pool (with option to heat) and it comes with 4 bikes. This home is tucked away in a tree-lined residential area between 30A and Eastern Lake. You can be at the beach in just a few minutes' walk or bike ride.

Our Seaside greets you with a warm and inviting open space where both the kitchen and the dining area open into the living area for effortless entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes some amazing extras like a Crock-Pot, Instant Pot and an air fryer! Right off the kitchen is a large laundry room plus a half bathroom.

At the back of the home you'll find the bunk room with a full bathroom (convenient for those pool days) and access to your very own private pool oasis. Out here, feel free to splash around or grab a lounger. Enjoy cooking up a great dinner on the gas grill while watching your family enjoy an incredible pool day.

There are 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd Floor and both include private bathrooms and balconies. The 3rd Floor bonus area includes 2 custom built-in twin beds. From here you can head onto the roof deck to enjoy soaring views of Seagrove and the surrounding 30A communities.

With a private heated pool, bikes included, and quick access to the beach, we know Our Seaside will soon become your favorite 30A destination.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunks, twin trundle. TV and pool access. Private bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, queen sofa sleeper and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with large rainfall shower.
3rd Floor, Bonus Space: 2 twin beds, TV and private roof deck access.

We are thrilled to include 4 bikes with your rental through our partnership with Vacayzen. These bikes will be at the rental waiting for you when you check-in. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your 30A vacation with Benchmark Management.

From Brown Street, head east on Eastern Lake Rd and you'll run directly into the Eastern Lake Beach Access.

Seagrove Beach:
Hop on the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A and enjoy quick access to Seagrove's restaurants and shopping or head west to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. Surrounded by state parks and dune lakes, there are no shortage of options for outdoor enthusiasts. Discover Deer Lake, 3 miles from your doorstep. Eden Gardens State Park is just over 4 miles away. Head over to Grayton Beach State Park - it's just 4.5 miles down 30A past Seaside and across Western Lake.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
