Enjoy the amazing outdoor living space with a screened-in deck area and additional terraced decks integrated into the dune structure. This home can sleep up to 15 and is perfect for an unforgettable getaway.

FIRST FLOOR
The grand foyer entry to your 30A luxury vacation leads to the first 2 of 4 bedrooms in the home. Bedroom 1 includes 2 queen beds, fireplace, private bath, and outdoor access. Bedroom 2, the bunk room, includes 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds plus an additional twin bed. Off this room is a combination bathroom/laundry room that leads out to the pool. This bathroom is the perfect place to rinse off after a dip in the Gulf or the pool and makes quick work of washing swimsuits and beach towels.

SECOND FLOOR
Sweeping Gulf views the second you walk up the stairs. This whole space is true open concept living with a chef’s kitchen and entertainment area. The large sectional makes a comfy spot to watch TV or watch the waves. The kitchen is outfitted with commercial grade Viking appliances, sure to excite the chef in your group. Gather around the large dining island for casual eating and there is even more seating at an additional formal dining table.

Off the dining room is the luxury master retreat. Here you’ll find a gas fireplace, TV, and double walk-in closets – and of course, Gulf views. The master bathroom feels more like a spa with its crisp white and marble finishes, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Right off the back of the master bedroom is a landing with a desk.

On the other side of the 2nd floor is an additional bedroom that shares the full bathroom with this main level. The shared bathroom features a beautiful extra large walk-in shower and unique stone vessel sink.

OUTSIDE
The stunning designer interior space leads out to an amazing deck with so many additional areas to entertain. Who’s ready for some BBQ? Make use of the gas grill or the Big Green Egg for some truly delicious dinners. A portion of the deck is also screened-in to keep the Florida bugs at bay.

From your private deck you can easily head down to the Gulf and have your toes in the sand in mere seconds. Or, head down to the large private pool. Swim a few laps or relax in the sun without having to deal with sand.

CARRIAGE HOUSE
Enjoy a separate private space right next to the home in this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom carriage house. This home has both Gulf and pool views. The main level has a kitchen and living area, while upstairs is the king bedroom with attached bathroom. Wake up to the sunshine hitting the Gulf waves!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
