The home features an open floorplan with a large, dining area facing the ridge from the windows. Eagles Nest has three bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bonus rooms can be used for sleeping on the lower level, and there is a shared bathroom. This gives you a lot of options. The lower level features a billiards area with a flat-screen television and a hot tub for six people with a view. The ridge-top location and expansive views are perfect for walking. A fire pit with log seats is available to roast marshmallows or keep warm on cool autumn nights. The home is only minutes away from Boone. It is also centrally located to High Country attractions like Tweetsie Railroad, Blowing Rock, 3 ski resorts, and Grandfather Mountain. Important Information Eagles Nest, a private community. The neighborhood is to be respected by all groups. Please be aware that you can hear the mountains when you are outside. After 10pm, there is a noise ordinance that applies to the entire county.
